Return & Refund Policy
What we accept
Unopened, unused products in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the purchase price.
Opened or used products can't be returned. These are liquid home and laundry products, and for health and safety reasons we can't resell them. If a scent isn't what you hoped for, email us anyway. We'd like to hear it, and we may offer a credit at our discretion.
Gift cards and items marked final sale can't be returned.
Damaged, leaking, or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or not what you ordered, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item and its packaging. We'll send a replacement or refund the item at no cost to you. You don't need to ship it back unless we ask.
How to start a return
Email orders@APFCO.co with your order number, the items you're returning, and the reason.
We'll reply within 2 business days with approval and a return address.
Pack the items securely and ship them to the address we give you. Please don't send anything back before you hear from us.
Return shipping
You pay for return shipping unless the return is due to our error. We recommend a trackable service, because we can't refund packages that are lost on their way back to us.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll refund the purchase price to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days, and we'll email you when it's done. Original shipping charges are not refunded unless the return is due to our error.
Cancelling an order
Email us as soon as possible. If your order hasn't shipped, we'll cancel it and refund you in full. Once it has shipped, the return process above applies.
Purchases from local retailers
Products bought from boutiques, pharmacies, or gift shops are sold by those retailers. Please return them to the store where you bought them, under that store's policy. We can't process those returns.
Wholesale orders
Wholesale orders are covered by our wholesale order form. If a wholesale order arrives damaged or incorrect, email orders@APFCO.co within 7 days of delivery.

Using the site
You agree to use this site only for lawful purposes and not to interfere with it, attempt to access it without permission, or copy or scrape it in bulk. We may update or remove parts of the site at any time.
Products and descriptions
We do our best to show our products, scents, and colors accurately, but screens vary and scent is personal. Scent descriptions are our best effort to describe a fragrance and aren't a guarantee of how it will smell to you. We may change products, sizes, or availability at any time, and we may discontinue products without notice.
Orders and pricing
Prices are in U.S. dollars. Sales tax is added where required.
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we ship it, and we may decline or cancel any order, for example because of a pricing error, a stock problem, or suspected fraud. If we cancel after you've paid, we'll refund you in full.
You agree to give accurate billing and shipping information.
Payment
Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. We never see or store your full card number. By placing an order, you confirm you're authorized to use the payment method you provide.
Shipping and delivery
We ship within the United States. Shipping charges are shown at checkout. Delivery dates are estimates. We aren't responsible for delays caused by carriers or events outside our control. Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier delivers the package. Please see our Return & Refund Policy if an order arrives damaged or incorrect.
Product use and safety
Our products are made for household use. Please read and follow the label.
Keep products out of reach of children and pets.
Don't swallow. Avoid contact with eyes. If contact happens, rinse with water.
If you have sensitive skin, allergies, or fragrance sensitivities, review the ingredient information provided for the product and test before use. Stop use and see a doctor if irritation occurs.
Fragrance oils and room sprays are not for use on skin unless the label says so. Keep them away from open flame and heat.
In an emergency, call your local emergency number or Poison Control at 1-800-222-1222.
Intellectual property
The Acadian Pride name, logo, labels, photos, text, and designs are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or use them without our written permission, except for sharing a link or a photo of your own purchase on social media.
Disclaimers
The site and products are provided as-is and as-available. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties not stated in these terms. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under Louisiana or other law that can't be waived.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from your use of the site or products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product at issue. Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Vermilion Parish, Louisiana, and you agree to those courts' jurisdiction.

We use cookies to keep your cart working, remember your preferences, and measure site traffic. Our store locator page loads fonts from Google Fonts, which means Google may receive your IP address when that page loads. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, but parts of the site, like checkout, may not work without them.
How long we keep it
We keep order and account information for as long as we need it to serve you and to meet tax, accounting, and legal requirements, then delete or anonymize it.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to see, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and you can opt out of marketing emails at any time.
